Hello Parents,
Welcome to Room 40, Mrs. Branson's Class Website.
First of all: Welcome New Students and Families. Secondly, What is Happening: We have just completed MAPS Testing. Also, We are rehearsing for the Third Grade Spring Musical with Miss Lisa and Miss Alicia on Monday and Thursday mornings. It's a blast. Ask your student what instrument they are playing.
All Young Author Books are due this Monday, February 2nd. I am looking forward to reading all of them. Please help your students to complete their books, include the cover, title page, comment page, about the author and illustrations to accompany the complete sentences.
Things we need: Pencils, Pencils, and more Pencils.

Fry's Sight Words - Lists 20 Thru 40 |
| Each column represents a list of 10 sight words. Students learn to read each list (in order) and then to spell the words on the lists. There are 1000 Fry's sight words total. Students entering 2nd grade should already know the first 200 words. Students should learn to read at least 400 words by the end of 2nd grade to be on task. Download all the Fry's Sight Words and practice with your child at home. |
