Fry's Sight Words for all grade levels.
These words make up approximately 65% of all written material in newspapers, magazines, and children's books. Kindergarten students should be able to read and spell the first 50 words by the end of Kindergarten. First grade students should be able read and spell the first 200 words by the end of first grade. Second grade students should be able to read and spell the first 400. Third graders should have mastered the first 700 words and students should master all 1,000 words by the end of fourth grade.
